This authentic but modern building D’n Wilhelm originated from 1936, has been completely renovated with a total of 7 apartments. 2 Ground floor apartments with garden are still available as of May 2020.

The whole building meets the fire protection class A (new door locks and hinges, fire-resistant walls between the apartments) and is equipped with new electrical wiring and a central heating system. All apartments come with a parking space and a small storage room in the basement. Behind the building is a common space for bike storage.

Every apartment has a smart meter so that gas, water, and electricity is charged only according to consumption. There will be a service fee for energy consumption, cleaning, and maintenance of the common areas.
